Winery
The old winery has been refurbished and modernised to optimize the winemaking process and the old mill where olive oil used to be produced has been reconverted into a cellar to store oak barrels.
Tanks:
Material: Stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket, and concrete tanks coated with epoxi paint.
Capacity: 120.000 litres in the stainless steel tanks and 60.000 litres in the concrete tanks.
Barrels:
Approximate amount: 250
Origin: 85% French oak/ 15% American oak
Annual renovation: 30% of the total of the barrels.
Use: 4 years maximum.
Press:
Pneumatic, with a 20 hl. capacity.
Average annual production:
150.000 bottles.
